All-Arizona and All-USA Scholarship Application
Fall 2026
Interested Phoenix College students should submit applications by 5 pm on Sun, Nov. 15, 2026 via the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Scholarship Portal, at https://scholarships.ptk.org. PTK membership isn't required; non-members can register as guests to complete their applications.
Two selected applicants will be winners of the All-Arizona Scholarship, which covers in-state tuition for 10 consecutive undergraduate semesters, or 60 credits. They'll also be assessed for the All-USA Scholarship. Outstanding academic performance and community service are requisites.
Please note that the All-Arizona/All-USA Scholarship differs from the PTK Fall Scholarship, which is due later in the semester—on December 1.
